Fix FTP docker and timezone in docker images/containers #28

Alaska is now able to correctly configure its FTP docker container. Also, every image/container has the correct timezone (America/Los_Angeles), and all intermediate containers are removed with --force-rm flag.

Should the start up script pull ftp user passwords from a file which is outside of the repository?

Currently all the ftp users and passwords are stored in the alaska_ftp_volume docker volume! When the FTP docker starts up, this volume is mounted to /etc/pure-ftpd/.
