Group values are not retained if Required/Header/Trailer checkboxes are changed. #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a message with a repeating group
2. Populate values to repeating groups
3. Check/un-check any of the checkboxes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Group information must be retained.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Fixed -- MemberPanelFactory.create*Panel() should just re-use existing panels 
instead of cloning.
