[Feature] Add sort to checklist's tasks

Context

We want to add sorts to checklist's tasks to help user organization.

Proposal

• Filter to show uncompleted tasks moving completed tasks to the bottom
• Filter to show completed tasks moving uncompleted tasks to the bottom
