Document the shortcut (ctrl+shift+F9), or any other method, of accessing the functionality of this, to the following places:

I had to find a blog post describing how to use this plugin.

The shortcut is documented in the toolbar button which I think appears automatically on install. But anyway it's a good point to also document it in the description at least.
