UI and UX improvements #370

Hello. Could you please implement the following improvements:

  1. Add a column with the Index numbers for the "Replace-With" entries.
  2. Add a column with the Enable/Disable checkboxes for each "Replace-With" entry
  3. Add the ability to add a new "Replace-With" entry when the search filter is active.
  4. When the search filter is active make the block with "Moves" buttons active and when it is used, the entry will move according to the filtered list. E.g. two entries have indexes 8 and 23. If the bottom entry moves up, it will be placed at index 8, and the former index 8 will become 9.
  5. Change the size of the window with "Replace-With" entries to the page width and height (at least 85-90%) to accommodate as much information as possible.
  6. After resetting the search filter, the cursor and the viewpoint focus on the selected entry.

These are a lot of changes and not only for UI, but nonetheless they are fair suggestions.
