No documentation on how to run or how to compile #1

Hey, I tried to run the application: guy@5[APK-Edit--Java-]$ java -jar forms-1.3.0.jar Failed to load Main-Class manifest attribute from forms-1.3.0.jar

Does not work.

And I am not sure what to do in order to compile. Can you specify what to do in order to get it to run in the read me please?
