Add support up to modbus version 2.2 #17

This works with my Growatt SPH6000TL3 BH-UP. I just couldn't find/figure out yet what inverter status 5 and 9 is, but the inverter is functional normal and can be accessed from modbus.

Hi,

Growatt SPH6000TL3 is a Hybrid model Please have a look at storage-offgrid-hybrid-inverters branch this should handle the above motioned status 5 and 9 accordingly when at least changing your config manually (unfortunately no support yet for option flow).

If you experience any issues with that branch let me know in #18
