What is the device ID supposed to look like? Pretty sure what I got was wrong, but trying it anyway also gives me this error:

To a add new TV device Checkout the official documentation more info -> https://webostv.developer.lge.com/develop/getting-started/developer-mode-app

Or you can use the dev-manager -> https://github.com/webosbrew/dev-manager-desktop

Also based on your error looks like the file, me.wouterdek.magic4pc_1.0.1_all.ipk does not exist in the bin directory. You might have to provide the full path of the ipk file. for example - c:/path_to/me.wouterdek.magic4pc_1.0.1_all.ipk
