Call for maintainers #65

I know this project has some active developers, previously and currently, but I lack the historical context with the developer and update branches. I would like to get this project back on track with a well maintained main branch. I have no experience with PHP, many of the Wowza folks associated with this project have moved on to opportunities outside Wowza, so I'm unsure how we would need to proceed if we want to eventually merge the main and develop branches.

Can folks who are interested in maintaining this project comment below? I'd like to organize a call and get everyone on our Livestreaming Slack so we can coordinate in a channel moving forward.

Interested from the Wowza, PHP, Composer, and git point of view. (I don't know much about streaming or the WSE product).

I'm Interested and working in PHP, also using WSE in our system so have some idea of it and it's rest api's.
