Switcharoo 0.9.2 update

I will now support the Switcharoo plugin here as mentioned in #1

• Wox.Plugin.Swicheroo no longer references original Swicheroo repository
• Switcheroo repository has been forked and can be found here. Main reason for the fork is to be able to handle Switcheroo updates in a way that would be always compatible with the plugin.
• Switcheroo-For-Wox was downgraded to .NET 3.5.
• System.Runtime.Caching workaround added
• This repository now uses the newly forked repo as a submodule.
