Re-index programs periodically #3234

I have my computer running for several days without restarting. Within this time I install software, however, everytime I am required to restart Wox that the programs are found by the Program plugin.

Would it be possible to just reindex periodically? Like every 30 Minutes or so?

+1 reindexing of all plugins (or at least the programs plugin) needs to be added! It's so fast, even every 5-10 would be fine.

Check out https://github.com/Flow-Launcher/Flow.Launcher , they are a fork of Wox and have implemented it :)
