I had a similar problem with Opera. In settings change the path to the launcher.exe file from the C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs directory it's probably there.

I found opera's exe file by 'open file location' option in windows search. Shortcut file was enough to make it work for me.
