Wox, when the program plugin is enabled, indexes locations it is not told to.
I have the checkboxes for "index start menu" and "index registry" unchecked.
The only thing originally it should be indexing is a small folder of shortcuts on my desktop. However, it shows anything in C:\Program Files\WindowsApps as well as C:\System\WindowsApps. The query time is very long because of this, or I would just ignore it.
The problem persisted even after a reset of Wox and system reboot.
Wox was fully shut down, the appdata folder removed, and then the system rebooted.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Turn off all plugins except Program.
Disable indexing for all locations in the Program plugin. Start menu off, registry off, no custom folders.
Type any letter, for instance 'e' in the query box.
The query will take a long time, 800ms or so. You will see results for Edge, People, Skype, Camera, OneNote, because they contain "e".
Expected behavior
I would like 0 results to appear given the above steps, because no place should be indexed for the search.
I would not expect to see Windows Apps being indexed / searched every time. I don't want this behavior at all, and I assume it is unintentional. The long query time is even worse.
