Autocolor won't work on some discord links #59

If the link type is cdn.discordapp.com autocolor doesn't work If it's media.discordapp.net, autocolor will work I think that a quick fix is changing the link to media.discordapp.net when cdn.discordapp.com is detected, since discord is widely used to share templates to use in overlay
