Bargraph isn't created by Google, as the chart size is too large.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Grab revision 847 from svn
2. Generate the output
3. The bargraph won't appear

Please provide any additional information below.

This is the error message:
Bad Request

Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request.
The parameter 'chs=720x481' specifies a chart with 346320 pixels, which exceeds 
the maximum 
size of 300000 pixels.

Hmm.. This appears to be because there were 33 bars to draw, which is quite a 
bit higher than the norm (11). I 
will cap the bar graph height at 416 however to keep this from occurring in the 
future.
