WBTC vote proposal #1: claim ownership over token controller #1

Overview

The role of this vote is two-fold:

In this vote the DAO multisig takes control over the deployed WBTC token.
By voting dao members also confirm the address they supplied is valid.

value = 0 (no ether is sent)
data = 0x4e71e0c8 (first 4 bytes of Keccak-256("claimOwnership()"). Can calculate it online here)

How to confirm

Call the multisig contract 0xd409db68d0e6e97e1cb1f3eb0bd38de278bc3c68 with function confirmTransaction and set transactionId = 0.
