Localhost Refused To Connect When Using Text-To-Speech #94

i have wampserver installed but when i used tts text to speech i got localhost refused to connect like when i put text to speech it freeze then when i refresh i got localhost refused to connect enabled wampserver still error how do i fix this?

Okay, first of all, using WAMP Server won't fix anything. I have no idea where that came from, but it wasn't from us.

If Wrapper stops working after you use a voice, then it probably ran into an error and crashed. To fix this, restart Wrapper and avoid the voice in the future.
