description_db.sqlite is taking extremely long to write #291

Hello,

I have been running the setup with 29 cores for 5 days and 15 hours at this point. My server only allows a wall time of up to 7 days. My description_db.sqlite file is only at 13GB and it seems based on other responses this file should be 24-30 GB. Is there anyway I can increase the speed of this file being generated?
