Hello!
I was hoping you could help me find the default prodigal command used by DRAM. I know that DRAM uses anonymous/metagenome mode, but I was wondering there are any other non-default parameters (e.g. using the '-m' flag to prevent prodigal from making predictions that span "N" containing stretches)? I am trying to figure out if the ORFs I already called with prodigal independent from DRAM will be identical to the ones annotated by DRAM.
Thanks so much!
Bethany
