Error 409 on Story Sync

I am not sure what triggers this yet...

POST https://cloud2.writeon.io/ 409 (Conflict)...

But I know that it has to do with the local rev being different than the rev on the document in the DB

NOTE: I have gone through the helper and provider code and adjusted it to use a PUT not a POST for all doc syncs for the next release in a new function called couchdbHelper.syncDocument. However, not sure if this will help yet. I also plan to continue to test through to isolate the core issue of why the rev is different on the synced story and local story
