I have found this bug, when you are in a battle randomly the game will get stuck in the waiting state. From my current understanding of this bug, this starts when you are in the inquiry cycle and you get the response "TIP: Paused (Self)" Then the interaction state is not changed to "Monster". I have a suspicion that this occurs when the turn resumes for the second time in a turn. Currently, I have no idea how to fix this.
