Update to Bootstrap 5.3.0 #23

Hey Wruczek I updated your repo to use Bootstrap 5.3.0 and use the col approach to make it responsive and scale. Hope you like it and can use my code. Thank you for the repo.

Hey @Wruczek Did you get my pull request for the update in the bootstrap version?

Hello, thank you for submitting your pull request! Unfortunately I cannot merge it, as it changes many parts of the codebase unrelated to the Bootstrap version (for example, it changes the cookie time from 365 days to 1 day). I have pushed a commit updating the Bootstrap version.
