Set the current year for copyright, so it doesn't need any change

I like having it set manually, as it shows the last time the code was updated. Currently it would be 2019, but your change would show 2020 despite no updates being released in 2020. Also it depends on the server time, so a badly configured clock could show some stupid numer like Copyright 2017 - 2010
