Unable to add a client although stated by DG #5

Description

After test case #3 is done, doing test case #4 under manual testing instruction shows an error message given below.

This differs from what the DG says, and it is also not clear to me that whether the test cases should be done one after another (which I imply is the case from the numbering)

Expected

According to the DG, the client for test case #4 should be added

Actual

The client cannot be added to the storage.

Rationale

I counted this as documentation bug as I think there may be some careless mistakes writing the DG. However, it can be a feature flaw if it is something to do with the code.
