Hi! I have solved this problem using BALM data to test , but get this result which has far lower precision than BALM does. The green points are the result of BALM and the red points are the result of EVPA, as shown below. Any suggestion about the parameter settings? I tried to set downsample_size from 0.05 to 0.3 to get the same result. The program always ends up with 2 iterations.
