Error in file(file, "rt") : cannot open the connection #9

Hi Wubing

In the source file of “TransGeneID.R” function [https://github.com/WubingZhang/MAGeCKFlute/blob/master/R/TransGeneID.R]:

The “version” dependent on the “filelist” file in the package. However, there is no “filelist” file in the installed package.

Is this the problem?

I can manually change the “TransGeneID.R” function to

“version = 99” to fix this problem.
