Delete Icon Option #70

I would love to be able to delete Icons that I don't want I already reset the whole thing but my friends stuff he found before shows up for the Quest Items so a delete button would be really helpful

I would also like to remove the addon icon from the minimap, because this is not really needed. I can set all things in the interface panel, too.
