GSM and Multiple S components support

Done and tested:

• global storage monitor (GSM)
• P->GSM consult
• P->M (page cache)->S homenode for read/write
• P->S homenode for other storage syscalls

Left:

• P->M->S homenode for read/write (when page cache is not configured)
• hook with memory-mapped files and distributed VMAs
