Startup error #9

When I try to start the game, an error message appears in the Melon Loader window. help me please

[ERROR] Failed to Load Assembly for D:\Programms\Steam\steamapps\common\TheLongDark\Mods\Better-Placing.dll: No Compatibility Layer Found!

The same I uploaded Fetwork and C++ but that didn't help :(
