Incompatible with Lithosphere #12

Using only lithosphere and cave overhaul, WF's causes the ENTIRE world to generate above Y=120, essentially generating biome fauna and flora correctly, but filling everything with a plains-esque flat landscape. Where mountains are, the peaks just poke out like spikes. Where oceans are, plains.
