Replace instance e-mail settings with booking rules

• [ ] add all possible options from booking instance setting emails to rules
  • [ ] use names of events and add to keys-array
  • [ ] make sure, rules and conditions are applicable
• [ ] in instance settings: make info alert about deprecated function emails and add link to rules settings & hide emails if not checked
