Booking rule - New feature to notify all users in a course of a new booking option

• [ ] As a plus: Possibility to specify role of the users in the given course

This is exactly what we're after!

Would you be able to filter sending notifications by group too? Eg, if we had Group Restrictions on any of the Booking Activities?
