Add responsive template for grid view

Grid view should be modified in order to:

• Render a responsive grid per default
• Maybe remove the "columns" setting. Not sur if that still has any functionality.
• Use templates in order to render the default view

Easiest first, Columns seems to work fine, creates a table with x columns the fields are split upon.

I put the fields next to each other in a responsive grid like this:

Please let me know if you are good with that or want it below each other. Functionality with the rows is not affected but still tables, keep rows for backwards compatibility?

It is responsive now, but does not look good. If you have any ideas to improve the look and feel of the view, all ideas are welcome. The goal is to make the view more appealing and also suitable for mobile devices.

Finally had time for this, prettified it by allowing max. four elements per row, rows further down are left aligned and entries are separated by a horizontal line. Fieldnames are shown in smaller fonts. Everything of course is editable by the user, but this looks like a good starting point for customisation.
