After countdown for newsletter has publication is over, the publication date is changed automatically #33

Description of the bug:

1) I set a publication date for today (like 5 minutes in the future) 2) I wait in order to reach publication time and date 3) I reload the newletter overview mod/newsletter/view.php?id=25 4) I see the countdown is now starting again with 23h 59 minutes left

Expected behavior: Newsletter sending should have been initiated and changes to publication date should not be possible anymore.

OK, seems that the test was invalid.
