Twitter bookmarks - add new and view #116

Twitter website has a feature of bookmarks which I like and use quite a lot. Would love it piepmatz could implement it too. I have no idea if Twitter api allows to do that

As far as I know, there is no public API for bookmarks, but I keep the issue open for now. Contributions and ideas welcome!
