It would be nice to have this functionality. This feature can make easier to repeat recent search queries. This feature can basically have the following features:

Save a Twitter search automatically as soon as search query is run
Remove a Twitter search from list
Remove all Twitter searches from list
Make a search by selecting from history list
Enable/disable search history

Thanks for the request, putting that on my list. However, there are some more important things to implement before that... :)
