I'm using Windows 8.1, and I have Responsive Voice set to Voice Engine 1, Rate 0.5, Pitch 0.4, Volume 1. Changing the voice engine doesn't seem to change the frequency of it happening, as it's happened with Auto as well as 3. I'd rather not use 2. Izabela runs as admin by default. Is there any other info or logs that might come in handy?

I have the same issue, I'm on windows 10. It'll work fine then randomly it'll either take like 5 minutes to play or just won't at all.
I was refraining from sending this in hopes of thinking it was my garbage internet provider, but at this rate, it seems to be too common to assume such.
Very commonly, after about a dozen or so messages (or anywhere from 5-10 minutes after initiating the software), the responsive voice API will fail to speak, and won't speak until a forced restart of the software. This has been happening consistently as of the last update. Sometimes it's just a really long delay, other times it'll just outright fail. I've no way of actively replicating it, as it seems to happen at random regardless of message length or content.
