Adding a new chat command.

PVPers, Anarchy/faction players

Description

With the fakeplayer command, the player could change the name, and if possible, also the skin, of another player on the same server as them. The name displayed above the player's character model would also be altered. However, it's important to note that this name change would only be visible on the client side.
