Sosig Spawnpoints

I had a couple people request Sosig spawn points for maps. (I'm just writing this out so I don't forget later, but people are welcome to comment)

What I had in mind for the component was the following:

• Takes a list of Sosig definitions (However we want to store that, idk) and randomly picks one when it goes to spawn
• A boolean to store whether or not the spawner is active
• A delay for the time between when the spawner is set active and when it starts spawning
• An int value for how many Sosigs to spawn (0 = spawn until disabled)
• Another delay value for the time between each Sosig

Additionally,

• When the spawner reaches the set number of spawned Sosigs, it will disable itself (and can be re-activated later)
• This should be able to be combined with the Trigger component so the spawner can be activated or deactivated when the player enters the trigger
