Quests are now auto-accepting whether I want them to or not! #293

Build 1.13.2 of SpartanUI; if I right-click on a quest giver I (a) do not get to read the text, and (b) automatically accept all quests. Ugh. Please fix?

That is not a spartanui build number. and sui has not had a update in some time.
