Bar #5 icons mis-aligned

all of the spell icons assigned to bar 5 (The lower left) don't align with the mover. You can see the shaded mover square but the icons wont adjust to fit in top of the square. I can move them up and horizontally but they will not go any further down

Game details: I have installed all updates since the Dragonflight patch #1 and removed ALL addons. I have also tried installing the latest beta version
