[Wrath Bug Report] tooltip not showing target #512

Describe the bug the sui tooltip used to have a section for "target" and "targeted by". this seems to be broken in the cata prepatch

To Reproduce

  1. Go to stormwind auction house
  2. Find a player that is targeting an auctioneer
  3. Mouse over that player to get their tooltip to appear
  4. Observe there is no "target" line indicating they are targeting the auctioneer
