Shulker boxes should be rotatable #281

Shulker boxes are not rotated after placement.

The rotation capability has been deliberately disabled because it caused serious bugs.

Are you gonna add the rotation for the Shulker boxes eventually?

Of course. But it turned out to be trickier than I thought.
