Snow footstep noise distance for all players in global? #346

Tested on (0.25.0), i don't know if someone makes a snow footstep noise to hear all players on infinite distance.

No, the snow footstep distance is definitely not infinite, I just tested. Both for mobs and players.

But the snow footstep sound was quite loud, I have reduced its volume a bit.
