Floating vines #414

Vines don't drop when you mine the supporting block. Vines don't drop when the supporting leaves decay.

Floating vines now slowly decay, like leaves.

Decaying leaves also immediately destroy any depending vines surrounding it, provided they don't “hang” from other vines.
