CleanBlog theme is using quite old CSS and JS files. e.g. Bootstrap v3.3.5 and jQuery v2.2.4

It would be nice to use newer versions.

And the reason why I have opened the issue is that lighthouse complains about security issues

Boostrap lib reached v5.x and that's a different effort. But it should be upgradable to latest 3.x .
