It takes a long time to process the video using the command, if you use the app, can the speed be faster? https://getrecut.com/ This product can process the video in a few seconds after importing the video, but it can only judge based on the sound, and not on the video screen changes.

The app doesn't render faster than the cli. You can preview different editing thresholds faster in the app though.
