Option to generate individual files per book instead of one big book #181

From Chuck Liesch: It would be nice to be generate individual books instead of one large book after selecting the resources and all/multiple books on the "Book" page

Is Chuck asking that the system spit out mutiple files? I don't know that this is a high priority request since a user can just request each one individually.
