The document file name is based on the document request to make it semantically meaningful. The document file name creation algo currently assigns 'ltwt' when the user has set the UI toggle for whether to limit translation words to only those that occur in the scripture chosen and 'ltwf' otherwise. 'ltwf' semantically would imply that TW resource was a part of the document request, but currently 'ltwf' is used also when no TW was requested. Modify so that neither 'ltwf' and 'ltwt' are part of the document file name when TW is not requested.
