While in the project management screen review takes or chapters, the user can expand a card. If the take is at the bottom of the visible row, the action buttons are hidden from view. This forces the user to scroll up to see the action buttons or simply not be aware that they are there.
1) select a take or chapter that is at the bottom of the displayed rows on the screen
2) expand the card.
3) relevant action buttons are not fully revealed
